Reviews and Ratings
I must say, staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room, while adequately equipped with a spectacular towel heater, was a bit of a workout to reach on the top floor with narrow stairs and limited views of the rooftops. However, it overlooked the square, had everything we needed, making it cozy despite its size.
The hotel was decent, though there was four of us jammed into one room, and the bathroom was extremely tiny. However, the room was totally adequate and rather comfortable, even if a bit small. The location was very central, just a few minutes' walk from the Rialto bridge, which was awesome and pretty right on the money for the amount we paid.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were newly refurbished and had some nice amenities, but the outdated parts like the broken shelf door were a downside. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Omar, but the location, although central, had some bathroom water issues. The dining was decent with a good selection, and the facilities overall were modern and clean.
The hotel rooms were dated and needed a makeover, but they served our needs adequately. The service was attentive but lacked assistance with luggage. The location was perfect, offering both central access and peaceful sleep. The dining options varied, with free and enjoyable choices. The facilities were sufficient but could use an update.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was friendly, and the location was excellent. However, some room layout aspects could be improved, and the breakfast could offer more variety. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory and decent value for the price.
The hotel is ideally located, close to major Venice landmarks, making it perfect for first-time visitors. The rooms, although not equipped with a bed but a sofa-bed, were cozy and warm due to efficient heating. The service was impeccable with friendly and professional staff willing to assist with luggage storage post-checkout. The dining options, while offering a nice selection in a charming courtyard setting, could be improved with more choices. Overall, a convenient stay for exploring Venice.
